If the Customer registers accounts for its contractual partners, the Customer bears full responsibility for ensuring that the processing of this personal data complies with the law. When do we process your personal data?
We collect and process your personal data when you use and visit our digital channels or their services, participate in our events or communicate with us via digital channels.
The information collected from you is necessary for you to enter into an agreement with Projsite and for Projsite to provide its services and offers. If you are a registered user in one of Projsite’s customer portals, Projsite collects the personal data you provide during registration.
The registration can be carried out by you or by Projsite as agreed.
Projsite also collects personal data throughout your time as an account holder, such as purchase history, usage history, interactions on Projsite’s website and customer portals, as well as which newsletters you open and which links you click on.
In addition, Projsite processes data that you access through your user account in Projsite’s customer portals.
