This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Projsite Sweden AB, organization number 559347-3431, located at Ursviks AllĂ© 33, 174 64 Sundbyberg, e-mail: hej@projsite.com, (“Projsite”, “we”) collects, uses, discloses and stores your personal data.
The policy applies to all companies and brands within Projsite Sweden AB.

We protect your personal privacy in connection with purchases, use, service matters and other contact with Projsite.
You should always feel safe when you share your personal data with us.
This privacy policy aims to show how we ensure that your personal data is handled in accordance with current data protection legislation.
As of May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies throughout the EU/EEA.

This policy covers the processing of personal data of customers, users and visitors of our websites, customer portals, apps, social media platforms and newsletters related to purchases, usage and service matters (“Digital Channels”).

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Data controller Projsite is the data controller for the processing of your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that this processing takes place in accordance with applicable legislation.
Projsite is also responsible for the processing of personal data linked to user accounts, but only for users from companies that have an agreement with Projsite Sweden AB (“Customer”).
If the Customer registers accounts for its contractual partners, the Customer bears full responsibility for ensuring that the processing of this personal data complies with the law. When do we process your personal data?

We collect and process your personal data when you use and visit our digital channels or their services, participate in our events or communicate with us via digital channels.
The information collected from you is necessary for you to enter into an agreement with Projsite and for Projsite to provide its services and offers.
If you are a registered user in one of Projsite’s customer portals, Projsite collects the personal data you provide during registration.
The registration can be carried out by you or by Projsite as agreed.
Projsite also collects personal data throughout your time as an account holder, such as purchase history, usage history, interactions on Projsite’s website and customer portals, as well as which newsletters you open and which links you click on.
In addition, Projsite processes data that you access through your user account in Projsite’s customer portals.
As an account holder, you have the option to update your data at any time.

What personal data do we collect and process about you in Digital Channels?

When you visit and use our Digital Channels or their services, participate in our events and communicate with us via Digital Channels, we may collect and process personal data about you.

How long we keep your data

All data collected is stored for three years unless otherwise requested.
This includes data from contact forms, statistics and purchase data.
After this period, the data is deleted according to our data protection practices and the GDPR.
Your personal data is stored for as long as it is needed for the purposes stated in this privacy policy.
Projsite may save the data longer to comply with legal requirements or to safeguard its legal interests, e.g.
in an ongoing legal process.
Projsite saves customer data for a maximum of ten years after the last purchase or interaction.

What rights you have over your data

Projsite is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation.
Projsite will, at your request or on its own initiative, correct, de-identify, delete or complete data identified as inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.
You have the right to request:

  • Access to your personal data at any time, including the possibility to request an extract of the records of the processing we carry out on your personal data.
  • a copy of the personal data being processed
  • Information on where the data was obtained if it was not collected directly from you.
  • Information on the existence of automated decision-making (including profiling).
  • Information on the expected retention period of the data or the criteria used to determine this period.
  • Proofreading of inaccurate personal data.
    Projsite will correct such data as quickly as possible upon your request.
  • Projsite ceases to process and deletes your personal data, which means that you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted.

Projsite will inform each recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed of any corrections, deletion of data and restriction of processing of data.
You have the right to data portability, which means that under certain conditions you can obtain and transfer your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format to another data controller.
You also have the right to object to personal data processing based on a balance of interests.

Under the GDPR, a request is considered unreasonable when the data subject repeatedly requests information in a manifestly unfounded manner.
You always have the right to lodge any complaints regarding the processing of your personal data with the Data Protection Authority.

Where your data is sent
