    Challenge

The former Radisson hotel in Frösundavik was to be transformed into a hotel in the Nobis group, in connection with a property ownership change. The challenge was to identify and manage large quantities of existing materials and furnishings with potential reuse value, while keeping to the transformation timeline.

    Our approach

We conducted a systematic reuse inventory of the entire property. Each material and furnishing detail was assessed based on condition, value and reuse potential. Items deemed valuable were identified for reuse, sale or donation. We also supported the project by integrating reuse materials into the new construction for a more sustainable transformation.
