    Challenge

In the comprehensive construction project Haga Norra in Solna, Stockholm, consisting of eight blocks, a central platform for construction logistics was required to ensure the project's success. The challenge was to support Zengun with smooth logistics solutions from start to finish in a complex project with extensive material handling and transport needs.

    Our approach

To ensure efficient handling of materials and transports, we implemented our construction logistics platform that offered Zengun a structured process from booking deliveries to placement on the construction site. We introduced a systematic process for waste management that optimized both costs and environmental impact. With the help of our digital booking calendar, Zengun could easily organize transports, guaranteeing that deliveries arrived on time and at the right place. Our platform also made it possible to quickly and efficiently book the workforce needed at the construction site.
