    Challenge

    Slussen SN9 is a comprehensive infrastructure project divided into three areas: rock, land, and water. The project faced major challenges with the lack of structured delivery planning where deliveries were dropped off at wrong locations without sufficient planning, creating chaos. High safety requirements in a complex environment near traffic and public spaces required strict control. Communication problems arose between clients and suppliers, especially with remotely working project managers without full insight into practical work.

    Our approach

    We implemented Projsite as a delivery planning tool to create better structure for transports and deliveries. The system was adapted to the project's unique logistical requirements with flexible usage. Through participation in daily morning meetings and greater responsibility in the flow from delivery to execution, better structure was created. Regular training and guidance sessions were conducted for system integration.
