    Challenge

Ursvik in Sundbyberg is one of the Stockholm region's largest urban development projects with 1,200 apartments, two preschools, restaurant and plaza. With 8 different developers, comprehensive coordination of logistics, work environment and flow management was required to ensure all actors could work in parallel without disruptions.

    Our approach

We acted as client support with focus on work environment and logistics issues. The assignment involved coordinating delivery flows, traffic management, work area protection and environmental and waste management.
