It started as frustration at the construction site
A system that no one used. A daily routine filled with emails, notes and manual bookings. Today, Projsite is one of the Nordic region's most innovative platforms for construction logistics, sustainability and AI – developed by people who have themselves stood in the midst of construction chaos.
From Good Folks to Projsite – built from reality
Projsite was born from Good Folks – a team with extensive experience in construction logistics, coordination and waste management.
After years of work in some of Sweden's largest construction projects, it became clear that the industry was missing something important: a tool that actually worked in practice.
From that insight, Projsite grew.
Together with site managers, logistics coordinators, machine operators and contractors, the platform was developed step by step – in the midst of reality, always based on users' actual needs.
When AI moved into the construction site
Initially, Projsite was about planning, deliveries and resources. But over time, the vision grew: to let the platform work for the projects – not the other way around.
Today, Projsite offers a range of AI services such as Magic Inbox, Charlie and Projsite Intelligence:
Magic Inbox reads emails and automatically converts them into bookings.
Charlie, a digital logistics coordinator, answers questions and provides data-driven recommendations.
Projsite Intelligence analyzes all project data and provides AI-generated insights in real-time.
"AI should not replace people – it should free them. We are building a future where the construction site is data-driven, but still human."
Real sustainability – measurable and concrete
With tools such as Environmental Statistics Dashboard and Waste Statistics Dashboard, Projsite makes sustainability measurable.
The platform shows CO₂ emissions, energy consumption and waste management in real-time, according to the international NTM standard (Network for Transport Measures).
The result: construction projects can see their climate impact, follow up on goals and reduce both emissions and waste – without spending time on manual reporting.
The Swedish model – ready for export
Projsite builds on the Swedish model for construction logistics – a structured, transparent and competitive method that has also attracted international interest.
The ambition is to make the model a standard for efficient and sustainable construction production – in Sweden and globally.
"We believe in the power of simplicity. Projsite is the result of Swedish construction logistics at its best: user-centered, sustainable and constantly improved," says Shereen Öberg.
