Resources and availability
Resources are shared equipment or other operational assets that need coordination within the project.
What is a resource?
Examples include cranes, lifts, loading equipment and shared machinery. A resource booking reserves the resource for a defined period and can contain project, date, time, responsible person, booking company, notes and status.
Availability and conflicts
The calendar provides a shared view of planned use. Conflicts can occur when the same resource is needed by overlapping activities or another project rule prevents the booking.
