Goals compare actual performance with intended targets, while Compliance shows whether selected project data meets configured requirements or expected conditions.
Project Goals
A goal can communicate current result, target, progress, direction, strongest contributing metrics and weakest contributing metrics. Source examples include CO₂ reduction, on-time deliveries and waste recycling.
Compliance

Comparisons between projects must preserve differences in project size, phase, activity level, logistics requirements and data completeness.
