Projsite documentation
Bookings
A booking is an operational record representing a planned or ongoing project activity.
What a booking can contain
A booking can contain date and time, project, supplier, contractor, responsible person, contacts, origin and destination, unloading zone, resources, vehicle, materials, quantities, environmental information, notes, attachments and status.
Booking categories
| Category | Use |
|---|---|
| Shipment | Movement of goods or materials between locations. |
| Resource | Reserves a shared resource for a defined period. |
| Waste | Represents a waste-related activity. |
| Zone | Plans use of a defined operational area. |
| Restriction | Prevents or limits selected activity during a period. |
Editing, history and attachments
Bookings can be edited where permissions and current state allow it. History provides traceability for important changes, and attachments keep supporting files connected to the activity. Recurring bookings create repeated activities.
