Requests, approvals and status
A booking request may need review and approval before it becomes an approved operational activity.
Requests and approval
Depending on permission and state, a user may approve, reject or revise a request. Approval is controlled separately from general booking access.

- Request
- Approval
- Planned activity
- Arrival
- Work in progress
- Completion
Recurring bookings
For recurring bookings, some flows may allow partial creation when restrictions conflict with individual occurrences. Required-field or time-rule failures can block creation.
