Projsite documentation
Notifications and documents
Notifications keep relevant participants informed and documents keep supporting files and generated records connected to the work.
Notifications
Workflows can notify about created, approved, rejected, revised, reverted and completed bookings and separate physical shipment progress. Recipients can include project administrators, managers, responsible persons, creators and booking contacts.
Preferences and automatic changes
Where available, notification preferences and project muting can reduce unnecessary messages without changing access. Protections should prevent repeated or meaningless messages from system-generated loops.
Documents and attachments
Documents can be project files, booking attachments, Magic Inbox sources or generated documents and warehouse reports. Access and administration depend on project and company permissions.
