Booking	A digital record for a planned or ongoing project activity.
Booking request	A booking requiring review or approval.
Booking status	The current workflow state of a booking.
Calendar restriction	A configured period preventing selected booking activity.
Company	The organisation context above individual projects.
Project	A construction project or site represented in Projsite.
Project member	A user granted access to a project.
Project role	A grouping of permissions defining what a user can do.

Delivery	A shipment transporting material or goods to a project, warehouse or destination.
Route	A connected logistics movement with one or more stops.
Resource	A shared project asset that can be scheduled or booked.
Resource booking	A booking reserving a resource for a defined period.
Zone	A defined area used or reserved for operational activity.
External booking	A workflow for an external participant without full project access.

Warehouse	A storage and logistics location for one or more projects.
Material	The definition of a product or material.
Stock	The quantity and state of material in an inventory context.
Reservation	Stock allocated to an activity but not necessarily moved.
Stock ledger	An immutable history of stock changes.
Stock adjustment	A controlled correction outside a normal logistics movement.
Storage location	The physical place where stock is stored.
Reuse	Material remains available for another use rather than becoming waste.
MR code	A machine-readable identifier linked to a stock record.
