Projsite documentation
Stock ledger, codes, reuse and traceability
The stock ledger and machine-readable identifiers provide traceability for stock changes, positions and reuse.
Stock ledger
QR and MR codes
Projsite can connect machine-readable identifiers to stock records and use QR-based scanning workflows. Codes can be linked, generated, audited through scan history and deactivated.
Reuse
Reusable material can remain represented as inventory rather than waste, allowing quantity, storage, reservations and movements to be tracked. Reuse catalogues should remain aligned with actual inventory activity.
DPP and traceability
Digital Product Passport and traceability concepts connect materials, products, deliveries, stock, locations and identifiers. Available traceability depends on source systems and project data.
