    What is Delivery Compliance?

In Projsite, Delivery Compliance is a compliance measure for the delivery flow. It describes how well deliveries follow the project’s agreed routines: that they are booked and arrive at the intended time and place.

    What it measures

The metric measures adherence to routines, not supplier quality. A reliable supplier can show low compliance if nobody told them which routines apply on this particular site.

    Why it matters

A logistics plan that is not followed is the same as no plan. Compliance shows whether the routines actually govern the site or only exist in the document, and it usually points to where the information has not reached.

    How to read the result

Break the result down before drawing conclusions. Compliance that drops the same week a new crew starts is about onboarding. Compliance that stays low for a single party over a long period is a different matter. The metric exists to raise the question, not to close it.

    Practical example

Compliance drops over a period without the number of deliveries increasing. The breakdown shows the deviations come almost entirely from two newly started subcontractors. The fix is a logistics walkthrough with them, not stricter rules for everyone.

    What affects the metric

    • How clearly the routines are communicated, and in which languages.
    • Onboarding of new parties and crews.
    • Whether the routine is practically possible to follow on site.
    • Whether deviations are followed up or pass unnoticed.

    Follow-up in Projsite

In Projsite Intelligence, the metric is followed over time alongside the project’s other logistics data.
